Hi, I have been a member of the Calgary Photographer's meet
up club, but did not know that this club existed. I am excisted to
find a second club in Calgary of like minded people, and would like
to join in some of your meetings. I also would like to ask for some
input in my article writing: I am currently writing for the
Examiner.com (this is my specific web page:
http://www.examiner.com/x-51930-Calgary-Photography-Examiner) as
the Calgary Photography Writer and would like suggestions/ideas on
topics that Calgary photographer's would like to see covered. I can
not promote a specific company or photographer - not ever myself -
within the text of an article, but I can cover anything related to
upcoming events, photo shoots within the Calgary area. Also I can
cover anything and everything related to photography. If you would
like a business, photographer/model/agency recommended, I do have
tabs that I can add to my web page - if you check out my web page
you will see what I am referring to. You can also subscribe to my
web page by clicking on the link at the top of the page. Also from
time to time I need to use photos for my articles that I have or
can gain the copyrights to - these photos will be displayed on the
internet fully credited and will be viewed internationally. So far
I have been using my own to avoid copyright problems, but having
access to other photo would be useful. I would really appreciate
any suggestions, ideas, or comments you may have. I can be reached
at joanne@collinsonphotography.ca Thank you, JoAnne

I don't appreciate that they don't return submissions. They take no responsibility for damage, and are essentially to cheap to put a stamp on your submission and return it.

I emailed them to ask, this is how I know what their practices are.

Very shoddy for a gov't funded program if you ask me.
